Got this working on my 2011 MacBook Air. Runs beautifully. I have been waiting for a good Model 3 emulator for years. Amazing. My the config file was not working unless I cd'd to the directory housing the application and ran it by typing "./Supermodel 'romance.zip'" (without quotes).

Runs terrific on my new iMac, thanks Richard.

Aces - Is there going to be some sort of UI at some point?

I mentioned it to the guys at OpenEmu last night. There are some more important emulators we would like to integrate first (along with the massive new ui update) but maybe a dev could be found so it is a 'core' or part of that project sometime.

Having tested Supermodel out... it seems to be doing its job fairly well.

Ooooh, hows it going?

Any plans for SDLMame?

Re: Supermodel ported to Mac 7 years ago #2700

I want MAME badly! But, it would require a lot of work to get MAME into OpenEmu... the code is crazy by all accounts.
I hope, when OpenEmu drops, it will attract enough attention that a developer with enough time on his hands can add it.

Re: Supermodel ported to Mac 7 years ago #2701

What happened to Mame library? Would be nice if someone continued that.

Re: Supermodel ported to Mac 7 years ago #2708

The developer who produced MAME Library didn't really have an interest in carrying on with it.

It was a fun little project though, but, not quite the experience I think we all want as it simply acted as a launcher of MAME and a game. I hope that OpenEmu can find a developer crazy enough to integrate it properly into the app as a 'core'.
