I've figured out how to send them (although it's a bit awkward having to find the tiny icon under the profile pic on a forum post...); is there a convenient place to view your own inbox?
I tried pinging Niemann on one subject, and I have a... RGOTW-like-composition to bounce off mossy, and I just want to be sure messages aren't blasting off into the aether never to be seen again :dry:

seanstar, I responded to your message. I totally spaced on putting an unread notification on the frontpage. I've now added it. This should make messaging a bit more practical.

Hm... still not seeing it... I'd almost expect there to be a Messages or Inbox link in the My Account menu just to check up whenever. If notifications are visible, though, that ought to suffice

Alright- refreshed the page and the unread showed up; still have no clue where I'd go to check on old messages :P

I don't know if you've noticed this yet, but messages are accessible via the Community menu (which is visible for normal, logged-in, users, right?).

Yo Niemann, you might wanna turn that on. There's no reason I can see for the community menu not being available to all users.
