For those of you who appreciated my Shantae Review some months back, you may be interested to know that WayForward is making an HD sequel for Steam and other platforms.

As an added incentive, this latest update implies that Monkey is not slated for the default transformation list. Now, I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure I can't stand for this. So go ahead and pitch in at the Contributor level if you have the cash. Do it. For Monkey! :lol:

If I were rich I'd go with the $10k one just because I loved Shantae so much. Not many GB/GBC games were to my liking due to the limitations of the screen and the system, but this was most definitely my favorite.

Only found out about Shantae through your article on this site and while I've never played it myself I've read every article about the games since.

Downloaded the iOS game when it was free but really hated it due to shitty touch controls. Really curious to play the new one on a proper console though.
