Yes, Richard mentioned this to me a while back, we confirmed it with the SNES test. Slight porting issue. The new release he's working on should fix it :)

Just noticed this when re-testing Earthbound to share with a friend: under BSNES 0.5.0, I suspect stereo may be reversed. The annoying knock in the intro is definitely coming from the opposite side of the soundspace than the direction you're supposed to go on each screen, and my system stereo is verified-correct. I seem to recall there being a 'reverse stereo' somewhere, but can't seem to find it. Is this happening for anyone else?
