Well, I've been busy. I've started compiling the latest builds of DeSmuME, and I've been posting them at consoleemu.com/emulator/desmume. The builds require OS X 10.7. They should run pretty smoothly. I get some slowdowns on my 2009 13" MacBook Pro, so any newer computer should work well.
