So is this site just to look up games? Are there future plans to collect games (basically add games to a list of ones I own so I can keep track of my collection)? I've wanted this forever.

Collections are included in the iPhone app (awaiting App Store approval), and will be added to the main site in the future. We're also looking at adding some kind of marketplace.

Will those collections be saved on the server or locally on the phone?

Locally if you dont sign in, remotely if you have an account. I believe it also syncs your collection if you create an account and log in.

The app requires iOS 5... Disappointing...
